About the Founder - D.C. Reid:
The founder, D.C. Reid, of Reid On-Line Software Training, is a certified Microsoft Applications Specialist. She has over 12 years experience training end users, as well as help desk administration expertise in the legal and IT industries. D.C. started this company out of the passion to ensure common, every day users were proficient and productive at using Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, D.C. wanted to provide economical solutions for individuals who did not want to sit in a class and take courses that they would never use. Our founder developed an easy, on-line learning system that provides an efficient trainig and learning platform for both home-based users, and small business professionals.
